CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Articles 23 and 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", and the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website https://pumabilling.ru/ at: https://pumabilling.ru/docs/privacy-policy.pdf (hereinafter — the "Personal Data Processing Policy"),
I, the data subject, hereinafter referred to as the "User", by submitting information through feedback forms (hereinafter, each individually and collectively — the "Form", the "Forms") on the website https://pumabilling.ru/ (hereinafter — the "Website"), and thereafter when using the Website, hereby express my full, unconditional and unambiguous Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter — the "Consent") on the following terms:
1. This Consent is granted to ООО «ПУМА БИЛЛИНГ» (ИНН: 7714484960, КПП: 771401001, ОГРН: 1227700252163), registered address: 125040, Russian Federation, Moscow, Begovoy municipal district, Nizhnyaya St., 14, bldg. 7, floor 2, office 07a (hereinafter — the "Operator").
2. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal and other data provided by the User in the Forms by filling in the relevant text fields and/or files attached to the Forms, namely the following categories:
- last name, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number, and other similar information provided by the Website User on the basis of which it is possible to identify them as a personal data subject;
- data automatically transmitted during browsing and when visiting pages of the Website: IP address, cookie information, browser information, access time, address of the visited page, referrer (address of the previous page);
- statistics on my IP addresses.
3. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- providing services, processing inquiries and applications;
- establishing feedback, including sending notifications and requests;
- concluding contracts and carrying out mutual settlements;
- collection of statistics by the Operator;
- improving the quality of the Website, ease of use, and development of new services;
- conducting marketing (advertising) activities, sending offers by the Operator and receiving them by the User to promote the Operator's services on the market, including through direct contacts.
The User hereby confirms that they are aware of and agree that, for the above-mentioned purposes, the Operator is entitled to collect and use additional information relating to the User, obtained during the User's access to the Website, its content, or from third parties, including data about technical means (including mobile devices) and methods of technological interaction with the Website (including the host IP address, the User's operating system type, browser type, geographic location, provider data, etc.), about the User's activity while using the Website, cookies, information about errors displayed to the User, downloaded files, videos, tools, as well as other data obtained by methods established in the Personal Data Processing Policy; to manage statistical information related to the functioning of the Website, as well as the User's information for the purposes of organising the functioning and technical support of the Website and fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, and the Personal Data Processing Policy developed in accordance therewith.
4. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data by a mixed (automated and non-automated) method.
In the course of processing personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User's personal data.
5. The User hereby confirms that:
5.1. Grants consent to the processing of their personal data specified in clause 2 of this Consent to the Operator, and also confirms that the Operator has explained the consequences of failing to provide personal data in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory under federal law.
5.2. Has been informed of the possibility of withdrawing consent pursuant to the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" by personal application or by submitting a written request to the Operator (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature), including having been informed of the right to withdraw the Consent for the purpose of terminating the Operator's processing of all personal data specified in clause 2 of the Consent, or separately of biometric personal data (if such data is requested by the Operator and provided by the User).
5.3. Has been informed that the Operator is entitled to continue processing the User's personal data after receiving the withdrawal of Consent, as well as after the expiry of the Consent, if there are grounds provided for in Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
5.4. Grants consent to receive promotional and informational materials and has been informed by the Operator of the possibility and procedure for refusing to receive such materials.
6. This Consent takes effect from the moment of its submission and may be withdrawn by the User by sending a written statement in any form to the Operator's email address info@pumabilling.ru or by any other means that allows unambiguous confirmation of its receipt by the addressee.
7. This Consent is valid for an indefinite period until it is withdrawn by the User. The Consent ceases to be effective from the date specified in the User's application to withdraw the Consent to the processing of personal data, but not earlier than the day following the date of actual receipt of the withdrawal by the Operator.
8. The date and time of the formation, confirmation, and submission of this Consent shall be considered the moment of marking the relevant checkbox (or clicking the relevant button) in the Form and/or clicking the Form submission button on any page of the Website.
9. Pursuant to Part 4, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", I submit my personal data via a personal mobile device or personal computer by attaching them to a special form or by filling in the relevant fields of such a form on the Website.
