MVNO Launch for One of Russia’s Largest Infrastructure Companies
TTK partnered with PUMA Billing to launch a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) aimed at expanding the company’s telecom ecosystem and strengthening its position in the mobile communications market.
The Challenge
